Government Language Services
When public service must reach everyone—ADA, FISMA, and accessibility compliance for civil rights and equal access
Why Government Language Services Matter
Equal access to government services is a civil right, not a convenience. When language barriers prevent someone from accessing social services, understanding legal proceedings, or communicating with law enforcement, we're failing our most vulnerable citizens. Executive Order 13166 requires federal agencies and recipients of federal funds to provide meaningful language access—but the moral imperative goes beyond compliance.
Government serves everyone, regardless of language. From court hearings to social services, from public safety to community programs, language access ensures justice, safety, and dignity for all residents.
